By the order of the head of state dated November 15, Eldar Azizov was appointed head of the executive power of Baku. This is stated in the message on the website of the President of Azerbaijan.
To this day, Eldar Azizov served as the head of the city, being the first deputy head.
Before that, he headed the executive power of the Sabail District of the capital, and before that, the mayor”s offices of the cities of Sumgayit and Ganja.
Turan[:az]Dövlət başçısının 15 noyabr tarixli sərəncamı ilə Eldar Əzizov Bakı şəhər icra hakimiyyətinin başçısı təyin edilib. Bu barədə Azərbaycan prezidentinin saytında yer alan məlumatda deyilir.
Bu günə qədər Eldar Əzizov şəhərin icra başçısının birinci müavini olaraq icra başçısı vəzifələrini yerinə yetirirdi.
Daha əvvəl o, paytaxtın Səbail rayonunun icra hakimiyyətinə, ondan əvvəl isə Sumqayıt və Gəncə şəhər meriyalarına rəhbərlik edib
