[:en]PFPA deputy representative summoned to police for rally on February 16[:]

[:en]Deputy Chairman of the Popular Front Party Seymour Hazi was summoned today to the 15th police station of the Absheron region.

“They demanded clarifications from me regarding the participation of the PFPA in the upcoming meeting on February 16. I replied that if the Popular Front Party organized this action, I would say it. There is nothing illegal in holding such an action,” he told Turan.

It was not possible to get a comment in the police of the Absheron region.

A rally of members of three parties: Musavat, REAL and D18 is scheduled for 15 hours in front of the CEC. Its participants intend to protest against fraud during the February 9 parliamentary elections. Authorities did not authorize the action.
